1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Watssub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Watssub is an official Meta Partner platform providing WhatsApp Business API services.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the WhatsApp Business API in compliance with Meta’s Official Terms of Service. Any violation of Meta's policies may result in the suspension of your account by Meta or Watssub.

3. Plan Cancellation

If you want to cancel your plan, please send an email to info@watssub.com and in the subject line mention cancel plan [name of plan].

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle (3 days for trials, 30 days for Starter/Pro plans).

4. Payments and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance based on your chosen plan cycle (3 days or 30 days). Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price adjustments.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your dashboard credentials. You must immediately notify Watssub of any unauthorized use of your account.
